To get to the skating rink, take the metro line 13 in the direction St-Denis-Universite (line 13 branches off in two directions going north) to Mairie de St Ouen (on this map, in section C3, the "M" next to the #1). The rink is about half a block away, at #16 on the map, in section C3.
